IT support on-site, from Vancouver to Langley.

We look after the networks, laptops, accounts and servers of businesses along the Fraser, from downtown Vancouver to Langley Township. Most of the work happens remotely; when something needs hands on hardware, we come to you.

Common questions.

Which areas do you cover on-site?

Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Delta, Surrey, White Rock and Langley: the stretch from Vancouver to Langley. Most of the rest of BC is covered by arrangement, and remote support works anywhere.

Can you support an office outside that area?

Yes. Monitoring, patching, accounts and help desk are remote anyway, and most work never needs a visit. For the work that does, such as a firewall install or an office move, we arrange a visit across most of BC.

Do we need a monthly plan to book a visit?

No. A monthly plan suits an office that wants its IT looked after continuously; a single job, such as a firewall install or a laptop rollout, is quoted on its own before any work starts.

Do you work with small offices?

Yes. Managed IT is priced per user per month, so it fits a team of a few people as well as a larger one, and the same practices apply at any size: admin accounts in your name and everything documented.

How do we get started?

Send a few sentences through the contact form. We reply within one business day, and most engagements start with a written review of your network, accounts, devices and backups.
