Web Application Development

Web applications engineered like products, not projects.

From a first SaaS release to the internal tool that replaces six spreadsheets, we build web applications with typed code, tested APIs and an architecture the next developer can follow. You see working software every week, deployed where you can click it.

Schedule 1

What is included

  1. A-2.1

    Product architecture

Data model, API design, auth and multi-tenancy decided up front and written down, so growth does not mean a rewrite.

  2. A-2.2

    Fast, accessible front ends

React and Next.js interfaces that meet WCAG AA, load fast on a mid-range phone and rank in search.

  3. A-2.3

    Robust back ends

Node.js or Python services with validation at every boundary, background jobs, audit logs and rate limits.

  4. A-2.4

    Integrations

Payments, CRM, ERP, email, identity providers and the awkward legacy SOAP endpoint, connected and monitored.

  5. A-2.5

    CI/CD and environments

Preview deployments per change, staging that matches production, and one-command rollbacks.

Schedule 3

How it runs

  1. 01

    Discovery · 1–2 weeks

We map the problem, the users, the data and the constraints, and agree what success will be measured by.

  2. 02

    Blueprint · end of discovery

Architecture, scope, milestones and a fixed price for the first build phase, all in writing. You can stop here and keep the blueprint.

  3. 03

    Build · weekly demos

Short iterations with a working demo each week, automated tests from day one and a shared board you can always see.

  4. 04

    Launch & handover · planned cut-over

Staged rollout, monitoring switched on, documentation and a recorded handover session with your team.

  5. 05

    Run & improve · optional

A monthly support plan, or nothing: the handover is written so that you never need us to keep the lights on.

Schedule 4

Common questions

How long does a first release take?

A focused MVP typically takes 8 to 14 weeks after discovery. We quote each phase as a fixed scope, so the number you approve is the number you pay.

Who owns the code?

You do, from the first commit. The repository lives in your organisation, and nothing we build depends on a licence or hosting account of ours.

Can you work with our in-house developers?

Yes. We often pair with internal teams, follow their conventions and leave behind documentation and tests they can extend.
