Cloud & DevOps

Infrastructure that deploys on every merge and costs what you expected.

We design and automate cloud and on-premise infrastructure: reproducible environments in code, pipelines that test and ship every change, and monitoring that tells you about problems before customers do. We also look at the monthly bill, line by line.

Schedule 1

What is included

  1. C-1.1

    Architecture and migration

Move from servers, a legacy host or another cloud with a tested cut-over plan and a rollback.

  2. C-1.2

    Infrastructure as code

Terraform or OpenTofu for every resource, reviewed like application code, with no hand-built snowflakes.

  3. C-1.3

    CI/CD pipelines

Build, test, scan and deploy on every merge, with preview environments and one-click rollback.

  4. C-1.4

    Containers and Kubernetes

Docker everywhere; Kubernetes only where its complexity pays for itself.

  5. C-1.5

    Cost optimisation

Right-sizing, reserved capacity and cleanup that often pays for the engagement in months.

Schedule 2

Typical projects

  • Migrating off a legacy host or data centre
  • Setting up CI/CD for a team that deploys by hand
  • Cutting a cloud bill that has grown without a plan
  • Hardening infrastructure ahead of a security review

Schedule 3

How it runs

  1. 01

    Discovery · 1–2 weeks

We map the problem, the users, the data and the constraints, and agree what success will be measured by.

  2. 02

    Blueprint · end of discovery

Architecture, scope, milestones and a fixed price for the first build phase, all in writing. You can stop here and keep the blueprint.

  3. 03

    Build · weekly demos

Short iterations with a working demo each week, automated tests from day one and a shared board you can always see.

  4. 04

    Launch & handover · planned cut-over

Staged rollout, monitoring switched on, documentation and a recorded handover session with your team.

  5. 05

    Run & improve · optional

A monthly support plan, or nothing: the handover is written so that you never need us to keep the lights on.

Schedule 4

Common questions

Which cloud do you recommend?

The one your team and customers already use, unless there is a strong reason to move. We are not resellers, and our recommendation does not depend on any provider’s commission.

Do you offer on-call support?

Yes, through a support plan with agreed response times. See Support & Maintenance.

Sheet 09 / 09Next step

Your next system, built for production and yours to keep.

Tell us what you are building. We reply within one business day with questions, a first view of the approach and what a discovery sprint would cover.
