Mobile App Development
Mobile apps that pass review, survive real networks and stay yours.
We design and build iOS and Android apps in Swift, Kotlin, React Native or Flutter. The choice depends on your users and your budget, not on our habits. Every build ships through automated store pipelines with crash reporting from the first beta.
Schedule 1
What is included
- A-1.1
Native or cross-platform, argued in writing
A short decision record that weighs performance, hiring and budget before a line of code is written.
- A-1.2
Offline-first data
Local storage and sync that survive a tunnel, a flight or a dropped connection, without losing a user’s work.
- A-1.3
Store-ready releases
Signing, TestFlight and Play tracks, review guidelines and privacy labels, handled as part of the build.
- A-1.4
Push, payments and auth
Notifications, in-app purchases, subscriptions, SSO and biometric sign-in, wired up and tested end to end.
- A-1.5
Observability from beta one
Crash reporting, performance traces and release health, so problems arrive as alerts rather than one-star reviews.
Schedule 2
Typical projects
- Customer apps for an existing web product
- Field-service and inspection apps that work offline
- Marketplace and booking apps with payments
- Companion apps for hardware and IoT devices
- Internal apps for teams on the move

Schedule 3
How it runs
- 01
Discovery · 1–2 weeks
We map the problem, the users, the data and the constraints, and agree what success will be measured by.
- 02
Blueprint · end of discovery
Architecture, scope, milestones and a fixed price for the first build phase, all in writing. You can stop here and keep the blueprint.
- 03
Build · weekly demos
Short iterations with a working demo each week, automated tests from day one and a shared board you can always see.
- 04
Launch & handover · planned cut-over
Staged rollout, monitoring switched on, documentation and a recorded handover session with your team.
- 05
Run & improve · optional
A monthly support plan, or nothing: the handover is written so that you never need us to keep the lights on.
Schedule 4
Common questions
Should we build native or cross-platform?
Cross-platform (React Native or Flutter) is usually right for content, commerce and business apps: one codebase, one team, faster releases. Native earns its cost for heavy graphics, deep hardware access or platform-specific UX. We write down the trade-off for your case during discovery.
Do you publish the app under our developer account?
Yes. The app, its store listings, signing keys and analytics all live in accounts you own. We work as invited members and hand everything over at the end.
Can you take over an app another team started?
Yes. We start with a paid code audit that covers architecture, dependencies, security and build pipeline, and tell you plainly whether to continue, refactor or rebuild.
