Device Management

Every device accounted for, up to date and recoverable.

A lost laptop should cost you the hardware, not the client list. We enrol company devices in management, enforce encryption and updates, and set up new machines so they arrive ready to work.

Schedule 1

What is included

  1. D-3.1

    Enrolment and inventory

Every company laptop, desktop and phone enrolled, with an inventory of who has what.

  2. D-3.2

    Security baseline

Disk encryption, screen locks, firewall and endpoint protection enforced by policy, not by asking nicely.

  3. D-3.3

    Patching

Operating system and application updates rolled out on a schedule, with the stragglers chased.

  4. D-3.4

    New devices, ready to work

Zero-touch setup where the hardware supports it: unbox, sign in, and the apps and settings arrive.

  5. D-3.5

    Lost or leaving

Remote lock and wipe for lost devices, and a clean hand-back process when someone leaves.

Schedule 3

How it runs

  1. 01

    Review · first visit

We look at what is there (network, accounts, devices, servers and backups) and at what is at risk, and you get the findings in writing.

  2. 02

    Plan · in writing

A prioritised list of fixes with a fixed price for the first set, and a monthly plan if you want ongoing care.

  3. 03

    Fix · scheduled

Changes made in agreed maintenance windows, outside your working hours where they could interrupt anyone, with a way back for anything risky.

  4. 04

    Document · handover

Diagrams, an inventory, and admin credentials in your own password manager, so anyone could take over.

  5. 05

    Look after · optional

Monitoring, patching and support on a monthly plan, or nothing: the documentation means you never need us to keep the lights on.

Schedule 4

Common questions

Can staff use their own phones?

Yes. Work apps and data can live in a separate managed profile, so company data can be removed without touching personal photos or messages.

Do you manage Macs as well as Windows?

Yes: Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, from one console where the tools allow it.
