IT Consulting & Digital Transformation

Advice from people who still build things.

Strategy is cheap when the people writing it never have to implement it. Our consultants are working engineers. They review your systems, team and goals, and give you a prioritised roadmap with costs, risks and the first three moves.

Schedule 1

What is included

  1. C-2.1

    Technology strategy and roadmap

Where your systems should be in 12 to 24 months, what it costs and what to do first.

  2. C-2.2

    Architecture and code audits

An independent review of an existing system: security, scalability, maintainability and the size of the technical debt.

  3. C-2.3

    AI readiness assessment

Which processes are good candidates for AI, what data exists, what the risks are and where to start.

  4. C-2.4

    Vendor and build-vs-buy decisions

Neutral comparisons, so you do not build what you could buy, or buy what will trap you.

  5. C-2.5

    Fractional CTO

Senior technical leadership a few days a month, for teams not yet ready for a full-time hire.

Schedule 2

  • Deciding where AI fits in the business
  • A second opinion on an agency’s proposal

Schedule 3

How it runs

  1. 01

    Discovery · 1–2 weeks

We map the problem, the users, the data and the constraints, and agree what success will be measured by.

  2. 02

    Blueprint · end of discovery

Architecture, scope, milestones and a fixed price for the first build phase, all in writing. You can stop here and keep the blueprint.

  3. 03

    Build · weekly demos

Short iterations with a working demo each week, automated tests from day one and a shared board you can always see.

  4. 04

    Launch & handover · planned cut-over

Staged rollout, monitoring switched on, documentation and a recorded handover session with your team.

  5. 05

    Run & improve · optional

A monthly support plan, or nothing: the handover is written so that you never need us to keep the lights on.

Schedule 4

Common questions

Will you recommend yourselves to build it?

Only if we are the right fit, and we will say so separately. The roadmap is yours, written so any capable team can deliver it.

How long does an assessment take?

Most audits and readiness assessments take two to four weeks, for a fixed fee agreed up front.

Sheet 09 / 09Next step

Your next system, built for production and yours to keep.

Tell us what you are building. We reply within one business day with questions, a first view of the approach and what a discovery sprint would cover.
